Catching up

Week #25 (3/15/21 - 3/19/21):

During this week, I worked on developing the cards for my LEED-worthy board game, sorting out my timeline for finishing my product in time, and creating an invitation for my final presentation.

I developed a number of new cards and their functions in the game in my set of rules. Currently, I have action cards, mis/fortune cards, personality cards, LEED score cards, education cards, project cards, and firm cards. All of these cards have specific functions that are used to make the game more interesting and to replicate events that may take place in real life. To go along with these cards, I created specific spaces as well. These spaces are designed to go hand-in-hand with the cards. My goal for the next week is to actually make these cards and set up the base of the board game.

Because the research took longer than expected, I have fallen short in the physical creation of my product. Since the long weekend is approaching, I hope to get the base, the cards, and spaces sorted out and implemented on a physical level.

Creating invitations was the most amusing for me this week. I had the opportunity to think about the people that would be able to listen to me and how I would be able to share my creation with the people that I care about. I look forward to the presentation and finishing my product to marvel at all the progress I have made this year! Here is a picture to represent my week.
