Presentation Time

Week #28 (4/19/21 - 4/23/21):

This week, my focus was on my final product presentation and speech. Unlike other weeks where I focused on multiple different things, this week was very focused on the idea of making an engaging and informative speech.

I started by finding a suitable presentation theme from SlidesGo. From there, I wrote the general structure of my presentation: introducing myself, introducing my topic and the independent study program, outlining my journey leading up to my original work, talking about my mentor, and outlining the process of my product. With this general structure, I started creating the general slide outline for all of the separate parts. Finally, I started working on the specific points I need to get across in my presentation. I created a google document outlining the information that I would cover in each slide of my presentation. Though I am not finished with my presentation script, I will be working on finishing it next week. In addition to finishing my script, I will be recording my presentation to be shared with my friends and family.

I am excited to share my presentation with my loved ones as well as Dr.Maphies so that we are able to take steps in making Centennial High School much more sustainable. Here is a picture of my week!
